We have used Dali and his team on a several major projects now, and would happily recommend them for the following reasons:

1 - A "can do" attitude. Unlike any other builder we have come across, Dali will look for ways to deliver what you want, rather than try to persuade you something is too difficult or you should therefore accept some lesser compromise solution.
2 - Even so, he will give an honest and professional opinion on what will work, and if there may be a better option. Having seen far more projects than I ever will, his experience is invaluable, and used to the advantage of the client.
3 - His team are all professional craftsmen, keen to deliver a quality job. Just because plumbing or electrics may be hidden behind a plasterboard partition doesn't mean it will be sloppy, badly made or cheap; there is a real pride in their work.
4 - Every project to date has been completed on time and on budget; if an unexpected problem has arisen, Dali will throw more resources at the issue, and accept it as his problem to resolve.
5 - Despite this, his prices are always entirely reasonable for the work involved. We have experienced no padding, no 'extras', and even when we have requested additional work during a project, there has been no 'special additional rate' applied.

We have no connection with Dalipro other than as very satisfied, repeat customers.

We engaged Dali Pro services Ltd. To build a second store extension, an enlarged kitchen and two other additional room. They did an excellent job for us. We found their attention to details was very good, they kept us informed of the timetable and any proposed changes at all times.
The workers were friendly and courteous. Brian (site foreman) acted as an excellent projects manager, he coordinated the building work and deliveries very effectively.
